Lizard Point
Jackdaw, Lesser black backed Gull, Fulmar, Herring Gull,
Crow, Magpie and 3 Grey Seals.
Marazion Marsh & beach
Dunnock, Oystercatcher, Whimbrel, Sedge Warbler, Reed
Warbler, Stonechat, Mute Swan, Canada Geese, Crow, Jackdaw, Chiffchaff,
Chaffinch, Great Tit, House Martin, Swallow, Swift, Robin, Greylag Geese, Blue
Tit, Dunlin, Ringed Plover, Lesser black-backed Gull, Bar-tailed Godwit,
Sanderling, Cetti’s Warbler was heard and the highlight was seeing a Woodchat
Shrike.
Pentire Estate Helston
Blue Tit, Blackcap, Mallard, Grey Heron, Lesser black-backed
Gull, Herring Gull, Crow, Rook, Robin, Dunnock, Great Tit, Mute Swan, Great
crested Grebe, Chiffchaff, Chaffinch, Buzzard, Long-tailed Tit, Mallard, Coot,
Tufted Duck, Blackbird, Reed Warbler and Sedge Warbler were heard.
Lands End
Guillemot, Razorbill, Jackdaw, Linnet, Wren, Crow, Herring
Gull, Lesser black-backed Gull and Great black-backed Gull. Thick fog made it
impossible to see more than a few yards, so no chance of seeing any of the
rarities reported!
